Our story



Welcome to Sommardröm! 💙🍨
We opened in the summer of 2014 as a dedicated Sia ice cream café and have been evolving every year since. Today, we offer ice cream from several different producers – including Lejonet & Björnen, Sia Glass, Triumf, Engelholm’s, Kling’s, and GB Glace – and love experimenting with creative ice cream desserts, milkshakes, and waffles.

In 2025, we also opened a new location on Linnegatan in Gothenburg and are now a brunch restaurant as well, with a large menu to suit all tastes. In Skärhamn, you can enjoy your ice cream along the piers and boathouses with sea views, and in Gothenburg, take a stroll in Slottsskogen or relax on our sunny outdoor terrace on Linnegatan.

Sommardröm is a family-run business passionate about entrepreneurship and contributing to a lively west coast.
